<description>As a long term sufferer of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/fibromyalgia I've tried lots of different supplements, some of which have helped, others not. When a nutritionist suggested undenatured whey protein I had my usual dose of skepticism. (Undenatured means that the whey has not undergone the heat process which some nutritionists claim lowers it's bioavailability, meaning the body can't utilize it to it's fullest potential)

After only a couple of weeks I started to notice some significant differences in my health. My pain levels dropped, my ability to cope with stress improved and amazingly, for the first time in 11 years, I was able to participate in some light exercise. Needless to say, I'm very impressed and have a permanent supply in my cupboard.

Cheers,
